Standard PC Support Services
Hourly charges cover all work done outside of contract, typically for site visits and remote support.
There are no callout charges for site visits and no travel charges within a 15-mile radius of Chipping Norton. A travel charge of 50p per mile is payable for mileage beyond that radius, but will be waived for invoices of £100 or over.
A minimum charge of 1 hour is applicable.

"Back to Base" Services
If support can be best given by collecting your computer and taking it back to our workshop, we will in most cases be able to offer a reduced charge on the basis that we can work on multiple client machines simultaneously.
Typical candidates for this kind of work are where extended diagnostics are required, software & hardware installations / upgrades and anti-virus scans; these tasks will usually take several hours to complete but because many of the processes are automated or unattended, leaving the machine on the workbench means we don’t need to charge by the hour.
A quotation will be given per job, per machine, and includes collection and return.

Web Design Services
Web sites start at £250 for single page designs, with additional charges for extra pages, artwork, photography, copywriting and custom functionality.
After an initial consultation, we will make a detailed proposal for the design required. Once the proposal is agreed a quotation will be given to complete the website. If you have a budget that you need to work within, let us know and we can design the best site possible within those constraints.
A deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the balance being payable on go-live.
You will also be quoted for optional services such as managed web hosting, content management and website maintenance. These quotes will be separate and clearly marked as optional extras.

iTLC Support Contracts allow you to spread the cost of your yearly IT support services on a monthly basis and includes proactive maintenance as well as remote and onsite support.
Quotations are tailored to each client based on the number of machines being supported, peripheral hardware and the complexity of the software setup. Typically, the iTLC contract will include an agreed number of site visits in the year for proactive maintenance, remote support and emergency site visits. The annual cost of the service is discounted by 10% and is invoiced monthly.
Unised time is carried over to the following month, to a maximum of six months’ accrual.
Optional items which can be added to your i.TLC program are subscription based software products such as anti-virus programs which can usually be supplied at a significant discount.
